艺术治疗（英语：Art therapy）是一种利用艺术材料，如绘画、粉笔与标示物等表达性治疗（expressive therapy）的形式。艺术治疗结合传统的精神疗法（Psychotherapy）理论与技巧，并运用创意过程的心理学意涵，特别是不同艺术材料的情感特性。艺术治疗的起源是由英国的艺术治疗之父爱德华亚当森(Edward Adamson)
