}} 神經精神病學評定表（英語：Schedules for Clinical Assessment in Neuropsychiatry，縮寫為SCAN）是為診斷和測量可能出現在成人身上的精神病症狀而由世界衛生組織創建的。 該評定表並非專門為ICD-10或精神疾病診斷與統計手冊（DSM-IV）創建，但評定表數據都可為其所用。神經精神病學評定表系統（SCAN system）曾被稱為PSE，或當前狀態測試（Present State Examination），但在該測試第十版(PSE-10)後更改為現名。目前所使用的評定表版本為第2.1版，也就是神經精神病學評定表第V.2.1，或 SCAN v.2.1，下文簡稱為SCAN。

整個SCAN採訪包括總計1,872個項目，分布在28個欄目中。但大多數患者只需要面試其中的的一部分，且每個部分的開頭都有簡述，用於評估該部分是否與患者實際情況相關。 SCAN各部分如下：

第零節 - 基本資料和社會狀況[編輯 | 編輯原始碼]

最開始的這一部分用於評估患者的基礎資料和社會狀況，如年齡，性別，教育程度等。 評級量表I

第一節 - 開始面試及測試項目篩選[編輯 | 編輯原始碼]

在第一節(事實上是第二節)，該面談將會開始詢問面試對象，或患者他們經歷過的症狀。 本節內容將不用於診斷，它的目的是幫助面試官確定面試中的哪些項目要着重詢問。該節內容同樣是為SCAN面試第一部分（第二至十三節）所作的病情篩選節。

第二節 - 身體型或解離型症狀[編輯 | 編輯原始碼]

第二節側重於分析患者是身心性疾病或是解離症症狀，該評估部分主要應用直接提問和直接觀察患者的評估方式。

第三節 - 擔心，緊張等[編輯 | 編輯原始碼]

第三節通過直接提出有關擔憂情緒，神經緊張，肌肉緊張，疲勞，噪音敏感等問題，探討患者目前的擔憂程度和緊張程度。

第四節 - 恐慌，焦慮和,恐懼症[編輯 | 編輯原始碼]

第4節測量患者潛在的焦慮和恐懼症症狀，及其相關的行為和生理反應，其中包括由於恐懼症而避免某些事物的行為。死亡恐懼和廣泛性焦慮症也會在本節測量。

第五節 - 強迫症症狀[編輯 | 編輯原始碼]

第五部分通過直接提問討論受訪者是否擁有強迫症（OCD）的行為特徵。

第六節 - 抑鬱的情緒和想法[編輯 | 編輯原始碼]

第6部分通過直接提問來測量被訪者是否經常感到沮喪，是否情緒低落，有無不受控制的哭泣，失樂，失去感覺，自殺傾向，退出日常社會活動，失眠，嗜睡，心境惡劣障礙等等。

第七節 - 思考，注意力，精力及興趣[編輯 | 編輯原始碼]

第7節通過直接提出關於注意力集中，對事物失去興趣或動力，是否在日常事物中感到力不從心等相關問題來衡量受訪者的認知功能。

第八節 - 身體功能[編輯 | 編輯原始碼]

第8節直接提出有關體重增加或減輕，食慾，睡眠情況和性慾等相關問題以衡量受訪者相應身體功能。

第九節 - 飲食失調[編輯 | 編輯原始碼]

第9節旨在診斷進食障礙，如神經性暴食症，神經性厭食症等。

第十節 - 膨脹的心情和想法[編輯 | 編輯原始碼]

第10部分測量被訪者是否經歷欣快或異常高昂的情緒（如狂躁），其可用於診斷躁鬱症等症狀。

第十一節 - 酒精使用情況[編輯 | 編輯原始碼]

第十一部分通過直接提問，衡量受訪者攝入酒精飲料的量，以及一些與酒精使用有關的社會，法律，身體等方面的問題。

第十二節 - 除酒精外的精神藥物使用情況[編輯 | 編輯原始碼]

面試人員根據面試情況和患者一般情況對本節進行評分，因此本節不能用提問完成。

第十四節 - 第二部分項目篩選[編輯 | 編輯原始碼]

就像第一部分一樣，第十四部分是用來篩選症狀的章節，例如對某受訪者的第二部分是關於思覺失調的SCAN訪談。

第十五節 - 測試的語言問題[編輯 | 編輯原始碼]

在這一部分，採訪者將記錄任何讓面試無法順利進行下去的，無法理解的語言內容。 如在第十五節出現問題，那麼在很多其它部分的測試都將無法順利完成。 評級量表II

第十六節 - 除幻覺外的感知障礙[編輯 | 編輯原始碼]

第十六部分，通過直接問答鑑定是否有非幻覺的其他感知障礙。受訪者可能會表示自己的周遭環境被扭曲，顯得不真實(失實症)，或者說他們自己不是真實的，而更像是一個戲裡的人物(人格解體)。有關受測者認為其相貌被改變，或反應行為無法辨認等經歷也會在該欄測試。

在這個部分，受訪者將會被問道有關幻覺的，細分為在視覺系統, 聽覺系統 (口頭或非口頭)，嗅覺, 體感，或性方面的幻覺經歷。

第十八節 - 有關思想被干擾和意志被更改的經歷[編輯 | 編輯原始碼]

第18節衡量思想干擾的存在情況和類型。這些經歷包括受訪者認為其思想被讀取，廣播，竊取，腦內有類似人聲，回聲等。經歷如受訪者認為其思想被篡改，被插入其他內容，不由自主的[[:{{#if:思維停滯|思維停滯|thought stopping}}|{{#if:思維停滯|思維停滯|thought stopping}}]]（英語：thought stopping）等；經歷如受訪者認為其意志被外因干擾操控，如意志被外界的聲音，手寫文字書稿，動作等干擾，也同樣在該欄衡量。不同思路交替的能力，雖然並非受訪者的經歷，但也同樣會在該欄測量。

妄想被人窺視，或其他偏執狂產生的妄想，通過直接提問測試。在本節中還包括其他例如患者認知其自身為另一個人，患者認為其面相被其近期相處的人替換，關於串供的妄想等，也會在本節進行測量。另外，疑病症產生的妄想，宏偉的妄想等，也將直接由採訪者評分。

第二十節 - 有關第二部分症狀分類的更多信息[編輯 | 編輯原始碼]

該部分將被測試者在訪談完全結束後填寫，有關SCAN訪談第二部分中精神分裂症和思覺失調的持續時間和過程以及其他症狀。

第二十一節 - 認知障礙和認知消退[編輯 | 編輯原始碼]
