心理健康促进

心理健康促进（英语：mental health promotion）乃是一种提升心理健康与幸福的积极行动，而非聚焦在减少问题而已。目标对象包括心理病患或学校、邻里、职场、行政区等所有人口等，期待借由活动或方案的介入，皆能促进社会、情绪、心灵的安适程度与生活品质<ref name="ref1">Hunter Institute of Mental Health.
