抑制控制(英語:Inhibitory control),是指個體抑制住自己的[[:{{#if:衝動 (心理學)|衝動 (心理學)|impulse (psychology)}}|衝動]]英語impulse (psychology)、本能的認知過程,以便執行與自己預期目標相符的有關行為。<ref name="Cognitive and motivational effects">Ilieva IP, Hook CJ, Farah MJ.
